- Sadie's first Christmas was a lot of fun. We haven't had a little one in the family for a long time and the holiday is so much more special with her around. She got a ton of toys, including a rocking "Bevo" longhorn, a baby doll, and a singing teddy bear.
Her favorite gift was this silly pig that vibrates and makes oinking noises. She loves it!
- Sadie started rice cereal on December 30th. She will take about two bites of it and then is completely uninterested. In addition to rice cereal, I have tried sweet potatoes, bananas, and peas and she will have none of it.
- We had Sadie's big, 5-month photo shoot with Juxtapose Photography on January 19th. The pictures came out great and in no way reflect her crabbiness that day.
- Sadie started really crawling on February 5th. Around the same time, she started sitting up and pretty much has that down too.
- On February 6th, I found her in her crib like this:
- It was time to lower the crib mattress. She loves to pull herself up to standing now and gets frustrated because she can't walk yet. Jeff and I have a feeling that it won't be too long before she does.
- Sadie turns 6 months next week on February 19th!

Glad to know you like the silly pink pig since your Aunt Tricia and Uncle Steve gave it to you. I can't believe that you are so mobile now. We can't wait to see you. We miss and love you.
WOW! These have been some BIG days for little Saddie. We can't wait for those milestones! I think Emma and Colin need the rocking Longhorn!
